Happy New Year!!
I am really looking forward to 2009, I hope it will be life changing. This is a little run down of people that inspire me at the moment.
The first is Joanna Rutter, I am collecting her jewelry its charm and cuteness itself!
These are tiny little earrings, the first ones I bought.
This is my current collection tiny chicks, clouds and ferns.
and the sweetest fox pendent known to man!
I am also in love with K1Yarns it is my local yarn store and it seems to draw me to it like a bee to honey. They have the widest selection of exotic and interesting yarns and do a great mail order service well worth a look if you fancy something different.
In an effort to keep warm I have been scarf crocheting and I am particularly pleased with this one. Its made out of aran alpaca and is so so warm, which is very necessary in the extreme cold of Scotland.
Even polar bears are cold here!
I like the soft puffiness.
Keep warm and happy!!
thanks for sharing the link to Joanna's shop. She has truly a fine taste of designing silver jewels. I will surely buy something from her shop soon.
Keep crocheting,
Heidi

i love the link to the jewelry but am wondering what stitch you used for that scarf like the others - is it the herringbone double crochet? i've heard of that stitch but don't know how to do it ~ O_O
