Sorry I have not posted for so long! I have some exciting things in the crochet works... so maybe you will be seeing some very cool stuff soon.
I have been researching my family tree and in just 2 weeks have found 3 long lost cousins. It's great to reconnect with family. It made me dig through my photos and I wanted to share this one of me and my little brother.
It was when summer were endless and holidays were exciting and there were just so many wonderful opportunities. And how cute does my little brother look! Plain adorable.
This little guy, is made from the owlet pattern. All you do is reduce a little at the top and then sew the edges up, add a tail and some paws.
I think he is adorable and so fun to make - the yarn is Rowan Tapestry which makes a fab pattern!
Happy catting!
Very pretty, and I like the cat too, ;) Mew.

As always, you are inspiring with your creativity. I need to start making some more critters for my collection -- thanks for keeping me going.

I saw some Rowan Tapestry in my local yarn shop this weekend. It looked lush.
Sadly, I've decided to restrict myself to ONLY purchasing from the bargain bucket, so all I could do was look at it (and stroke it when the shop assistant wasn't looking).
Damn such prudence!

I LOVE your site!!! In just a few days, I've started doing amigurumi (something I've previously been intimidated out of trying!.
I LOVE it!! Thank you so much for your site~!!! If I can ask, on the owlette pattern, you say "add a few stitches" in the ears to make them stand out. Do you have any specifics? My sad little ears are all non-pointy.
Thanks again for your help and such great patterns!!!
