It's one of my biggest regrets that I have never lived anywhere that really celebrates Halloween. I love the whole idea of it, the candy, the parties... the little bit of mystery! In the UK we do very little for it, although it seems that people do more each year; the supermarkets are full of cheapy costumes and candy concoctions, which is something, at least.
This year I want to show my Halloween spirit, although I don't think there is an call for me to get totally dressed up... no where to go and all that... plus I am quite sure my boss wouldn't be that amused. So I devised a slightly secret nod to it. This little naughty corsage.
in its natural setting...
I am going to make a couple more, one with a black face and one with an orange one. When the time comes I will wear one on my jacket with pride.
That corsage is beautiful. Let us know the reaction when you wear it.
